We offer several types and styles of Yoga such as:
Hatha Yoga, which is known as the branch of Yoga that unites pairs of opposites in the system and tries to achieve balance between body and mind through physical poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques and Meditation. The goal of classical hatha yoga is to bring self-transcendence, or liberation, through physical, mental and spiritual health.
Yoga Nidra, which helps people to release chronic patterns of stress, to boost immune systems and overall health, to sleep better, and to lead more contented lives.
Vinyasa Krama, a series of intelligently designed Yoga postures done in sequence or flow. Moving breath by breath per posture and holding each posture for longer time, stilling the mind through focus on breath, posture alignment and concentration.
Ashtanga means "eight limbs" in Sanskrit, which refers to the eight limbs of yoga laid out in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Ashtanga Vinyasa involves matching the movement of the breath with the movement into and out of the postures to bring freedom, stability and balance into the body and the mind.
Yin Yoga practice combines mindfulness meditation and focused pranayama awareness (breath work) and is designed to help relieve stress, alleviate tension, target deep fascia and promote blood and oxygen flow throughout the body. the flow of energy in this practice can help with immunity and emotional balance.
Restorative is a gentle practice using props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, and more) to relax the body and mind in moments of sublime bliss and peace. Poses reflect healing and restoring the body to its natural balance through calming the nervous system. This practice is one of the most rejuvenating and relaxing types of yoga.
Pranayama, the practice of ancient yogic breathing techniques, consciously controls the flow of energy in the body, inviting greater mental clarity, heightened healing potential and deeper self-understanding.
Chakra Meditation. Yoga tradition describes seven subtle energy centres in the human body called chakras, the characteristics of each chakra and the chanting of each chakra’s Bija (seed) mantra during meditation helps balance the energy centres. When these energy centres are balanced, the path to yoga is clear.
