Offering beautiful healthful culinary services with a very flexible menu for people with dietary restrictions, we provide dishes from all over the world including Asian, Latin, Indian, European, and Middle Eastern. Mindful conscious attention is paid while preparing the food. Peaceful intentions and loving kindness infuses the food for the benefit of all. Delicious herbal tea infusions, fresh juices, smoothies utilizing super-foods, and raw fermented foods are also on the menu. Ram Das asked his Guru, "How do I get enlightened?" We can provide food for small groups or help coordinate service for very large gatherings. Workshops and nutrition counselling are available to share this practical knowledge and art of self-care in intimate or retreat atmospheres. We can teach workshops on simple healthy food preparation, and how to build an environment conducive to ‘mindfulness in the kitchen’ in both theory and practice. Workshops for specialized subjects and culinary dishes that are regionally specific are also available. We love to share knowledge, traditions, and flavours. |
