A perfectly designed retreat for everybody who is yearning to explore their consciousness and to reconnect with nature over a full week spent in a secluded organic farm in the South of Turkey.
Take the opportunity to increase your awareness of the cycles of nature.
We will practice yoga and meditation together, surrounded by eucalyptus and pine trees. We will venture on some of the local hiking routes to enjoy the breathtaking views and the plethora of wild flowers.
There will be a chance to discover the fascinating history of the region by wandering around monumental archaeological ruins and to learn about the principles of an eco-friendly farming lifestyle in a community that has been thriving for nearly 20 years.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
During the week that we will spend together, we will share two yoga classes and at least one guided meditation class per day. Additionally, we shall explore the practice deeper through two workshops on the 3rd and the 5th day of the retreat.
The classes are suitable both for experienced practitioners and for beginners - the former will develop the practice further, while the latter will have the opportunity to learn the basics and have a kick-start on the yogic journey.
Apart from yoga and meditation practice, there is opportunity to learn about organic farming, permaculture, and principles of holistic living.
FOOD & ACCOMMODATION
We will spend the week of the retreat at this organic farm located about 15km away from Fethiye, and only 5 km away from the Mediterranean sea. It is a secluded estate, tucked in among eucalyptus, pine, and pomegranate trees. All buildings are ecologically designed, constructed of stone, wood or mud-brick. Each house has two rooms, a bathroom and a spacious front porch.
All the food served is organically grown either at our farm, or at one of the neighboring farms. The meals are a selection of traditional Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. All the meals are freshly prepared and in consultation with our nutrition specialist Erin. We promote a vegetarian diet while on the retreat, however we also advocate the ''to each his own'' principle, so meat options could become available.
The mornings will start with a guided meditation practice, followed by a yoga class and a delicious freshly prepared breakfast. After the breakfast, you can enjoy your free time until lunch. Our farm offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and learning. Depending on your interests, you are welcome to join any of the daily activities on the farm - gardening, farming, animal care, preparing jams or pickles - or to just sit back and enjoy the peacefulness of nature. For those in the mood for a refreshing swim, there is a small river passing through the farm and a stone pool filled with spring water.
In the afternoons, we will have several different activities. On two afternoons, we will conduct two workshops. The rest of the afternoons we will spend exploring the local mountain paths, hiking to the nearby beach, or visiting some of the archaeological sites in the vicinity. We will visit at least one monumental archaeological site. Depending on the affinities of the group, visits to more archaeological sites can be organized.
We finish the days the same way we started - with yoga and meditation practice.
All classes and all activities are optional, and you can always decide not to participate.

The alternative is the international airport in Antalya, which is around 4 hours away.
