Hiking

Nature is our teacher.  During our retreats and trainings, we spend meaningful
time hiking and exploring the landscape. Like Yoga, hiking provides so many
wonderful health benefits!


In addition to keeping us physically active, spending time in nature reprograms
our physiology by decreasing stress, anxiety, depression, and negative thought
patterns, improving sleep patterns and mental clarity, and promoting positive thinking.

In our modern lifestyle, it is more important than ever that we direct our intention

toward caring for ourselves and enjoying our lives. Connecting with the environment that
houses us
promotes kindness, peacefulness, and compassion for ourselves and others.
